I found these two arguments to be interesting: - How NOT to build: machine learning models - How NOT to build: probabilistic graphical models (in favor of deterministic/rules) (I do not necessarily agree with them, just thinking if OpenNLP especially parsing and NER stuff relies on those two. ) Also, Evaluation is equally as hard as building chatbot.
