Hi folks,

I have posted a 1st release candidate for the Apache OpenNLP 2.5.1 release and 
it is ready for testing.

This release introduces thread-safe versions of key components  and expanded 
support for custom dictionaries in NLP tools. 
Additionally, it includesbug fixes, upgraded dependencies, improved 
documentation, and the inclusion of OpenNLP Models 1.2.


Thank you to everyone who contributed to this release, including all of our 
users and the people who submitted bug reports, 
contributed code or documentation enhancements.
