The vote to declare the Apache OpenNLP 1.9.x release line as End-of-Life (EOL) has passed.
- The OpenNLP website will be updated to reflect the EOL status of OpenNLP 1.9.x and encourage users to upgrade to 2.x. I will make this PR for opennlp-website. - No further releases or patch builds will be produced for the 1.9.x line. Thank you to everyone who participated in the discussion and vote!
