## Summary - adds a Markdown manual generated with Maven Site, Doxia, and Fluido - documents module artifact usage, source builds, local core snapshots, and the current module inventory - records the OPENNLP-1924 publication, review, compatibility, and release questions - removes `morfologik-addon`, whose packages and classes are already in OpenNLP core, including the OPENNLP-1905 correction - adds a reconciliation record for existing add-ons and active OpenNLP feature work This PR targets `OPENNLP-1224-canary-addon`, not `main`. The SentencePiece implementation is not included. It will follow as a separate add-on PR so the canary can demonstrate the proposed contribution path. ## Validation - `mvn clean verify -Dopennlp.forkCount=1`: root and five add-ons passed - `mvn -N clean site`: seven Markdown documents and the sitemap rendered - local links and fragments passed across eight generated HTML pages - RAT reported zero unapproved files -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
