an account using a gmail email address because the email address was
considered a "temporary" email address.

I had not anticipated that gmail accounts are not disallowed on media wiki
because they are considered temporary email accounts.
I was aware that "temporary email address" sites would be disallowed, I
was not aware that gmail was included in this list. I am posting this email

I can create an account for you using gmail I think. What user
name do you desire? You will only need to set the password after I
create the account (the system will send an automatic email to you)
