Right now, I'm mainly concerned with "ad hoc" tutorials etc that some of
our wiki users might want to publish in languages that aren't listed.

I MAY be able to create some of these other language links in the
Documentation area. But, I have not tried it.

Right now we have a German documentation area --
http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/DE/Documentation -- with nothing in it
which is fine. It is a placeholder. This is basically what I would propose
we setup for some other languages.
