we should only commit changes to the branch that are related to accepted
showstopper issues.
As the issue got the release blocker flag, I took the liberty to
'cherry-pick' Regina's fix from trunk in order to commit it on branch
AOO401 for our planned AOO 4.0.1 release.

branch depending where it is fixed first.
