Hello Eren, Thanks for contact us. It sounds like you have a good mix of skills! We have a set of pages on our website for new volunteers to review. You can find them here: http://openoffice.apache.org/orientation/ If you've worked with an open source project before much of this will be review. But if you are new to open source communities the introductory pages have some useful background in how we are organized and how we do things. There are also specific pages on getting started with areas like development, including instructions for how to get started building Apache OpenOffice. This is the first step (hurdle?) for new developers. If you get stuck don't be shy, send questions to the dev mailing list. The OpenOffice product itself does not contain a lot of artwork. We have a logo, recently updated, that is incorporated into the Splash screen and About box , for example. But our marketing project does more work with graphics, designing artwork for the website, social media, brochures to hand out at conferences, etc. If you are interested in those areas you should sign up for our marketing mailing list, market...@openoffice.apache.org, and introduce yourself there.
