On en-Forum a user has reported a problem with single character file names from OO 4.0.1 Calc and Writer, running on Win 8.1 https://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=66773
He can open and save such files, but is not permitted to resave them. Could someone with Win 8.1 please check this out?
