You can try our latest snapshot build for Windows and en-US which have integrated all the IAccessible2 enhancements from http://ci.apache.org/projects/openoffice/install/winsnap/Apache_OpenOffice_4.1.0_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe_1554003.exe. Try to install and check out the IAccessible 2 support. For more detailed question I recommend the qa mailing list.
