To Linux (Gnome 3, to be precise) users it would have been more useful
to fix scrollbars:

but if Andre can't be sure that his patch is OK, for sure I can't do
better: I only applied the patch, rebuilt and found it worked in my case.
We are back to how we can be sure that issues are not lost or
overlooked. It is not a problem specific of OpenOffice 4.1, or
OpenOffice, or Apache... Things are not bad, but we have room for
improvement.
