Applications for FOSDEM devrooms (see for example
https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Conferences/FOSDEM ) are due today.
Last year we got a shared "Open Document Editors" devroom which worked
rather well:

I've been exploring in the last few days whether we can directly go for
the shared devroom instead of submitting separate applications that the
organizers will then merge. Still, if we don't manage to get everything
together in time, I plan to submit a request quite similar to last
year's one, shortly before the deadline.
