With my tests on JoJoDiff I could run: "jdiff-w32 jdiff.exe jdiff-w32.exe jdiffer.diff" "jpatch jdiff.exe jdiffer.diff winjdiff.exe"
and get a working patch between versions of 40k files in a 16k file. Perhaps the compression of the .gz/.zips is throwing it off? Anyways, if someone could try on windows, and perhaps try extracting the inital download .zip too. Mabey the cabs inside would be easier to patch. Then zip up the patch and see what size can be obt5ained.
