as far as I've read the issue description this issue has been set to "later" because it has been classified as "enhancement". Additionally GUI changes would be necessary and that's the main reason that disclassifies this issue as an issue for the 2.0 version. It's not been implemented yet because the Calc core developers had different and more important issues on their agenda. Maybe you find someone (paid or unpaid) who implement's it for you.
