Hi Daniel, If you are working on Linux. There are 2 variable that you need to set/unset to get the crash report Open a terminal .... 1> ulimit -c unlimited //set 2> export GNOME_DISABLE_CRASH_DIALOG= // put 0 or leave empty
start OOo from this terminal :) Also, you can file the bug with the document(attach it) ..in issuezilla and someone will take care of it :) Hope this works for you ! Regards, Jayant >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 05/02/05 5:31 AM >>> I have a large number of documents that make OOo crash instantly and silently when I go to open them. The crash reporter never starts, and it seems that no-one else is able to reproduce my issues from bug reports and documents that I attach to them. Is there any way of getting a crash log if the reporter doesn't realise a crash has occured? -- Daniel Kasak IT Developer NUS Consulting Group Level 5, 77 Pacific Highway North Sydney, NSW, Australia 2060 T: (+61) 2 9922-7676 / F: (+61) 2 9922 7989 email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] website: http://www.nusconsulting.com.au --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
