Last I tested it didn't work at runtime. And it doesn't work for full
building still (at least not 4.0 final). it has some problm with
helpcontent2 which uses db4 for example.

And you need a patch to reove the newly added sun.misc,
.* manage in filter/ (is ther ANY communication inside Sun? didn't we
had a policy of not using sun.misc.*?)
