| Here is something that I long for as a System Admin. I would love a
Print device for both Windows and *NIX, much like the
| "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" in Office 2003. But instead
of being an image like MODIW (.tif), I'd like it to be
| something more useful like and XML document. A format that I can query.
| Currently, we have a legacy ERP that we have users telnet into. From
there they can query inventory and print that info to either
| a printer or a PDF file. PDF is ok, but it has limited search
capabilites. If I could instead print to an ODT, man I can only imagine
| the posibilties.
