I just wanted to know howto to apply for the Google SoC. I found it with some
difficulties on http://code.google.com. Even if they do not take my project

Google is indicating the perl guide
http://www.perlfoundation.org/gc/grants/proposals.html to write it.
Then you have to submit this form
http://code.google.com/soc_application.html. Google will dispatch them
through the projects I think. But it seems that you have done it very
well :)
As I told you, you should have an answer around the 24th.
