Because you save the document to a URL that obviously exists (because it's the same URL that you used for loading ;-)), you need to add an "Overwrite" parameter with Value "true" to your props array. This is documented in the Developers Guide, Chapter "Office Development" in the table that describes the MediaDescriptor.
