I cannot reproduce this at 1.9.121 on a Windos XP machine with Intel
on-board graphics.

But there is another unusual behaviour in window refreshing. It's not a
bug and it's not annoying in everyday usage. But it is unusual if you
compare OOo to other windows programs. I have not tested this on a Linux
nor an Apple machine

Testing conditions:

1. Open any OOo application you like.
2. Resize the window to 30% of your screen size. (The actual size does
not matter. Just make sure you are not in full-screen mode.)
3. Resize the window in all directions.
   - left-border
   - right-border *
   - top-border
   - bottom-border *
   - nw-corner
   - sw-corner
   - se-corner
   - ne-corner

*) Right-border and bottom-border are producing funny patterns on the
screen until windows-refresh (about 500ms after last mouse movement.) I
can send a screenshot if someone wishes.
