It is version 1.1.4 of OOo that I am working on. In this webpage <http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_windows_tcsh_1.1.x.html>, it says "MS Visual C++ .net 2002 is recommended, but MS Visual C++ Version 6 Service Pack 5 or 6 can also be used."
