you want build a Dzonkha office in English ??? Why not build a multi
installation office, where you can switch the gui between "dz" and "en-US" ?

build openoffice_dz_en-US

interfaces to Dzongkha.Till date there had not been technical
translation work and as such we need to coin new terms and consult a lot
which hinders in the pace of translation work. However, technically open
office supports Dzongkha now and the teaching medium in school here at
Bhutan is English language. We would like to use open office with the
english interfaces for the time being until we complete the translation
work.
