Once again I need a code reviewer for a CWS; any volunteers, please? ;-)
This time it is 'long2int' - see

It is a set of trivial ULONG/long -> sal_uInt32/sal_Int32 changes
extracted from CWS ooo64bit02.
Thorsten, you did the QA of the 'intptr' and 'dxarray' CWSes, may I mark
