I don't think so. This is a defect only in documents created from
templates by using OOo2.0.2. You will not need a fix for documents
created with 2.0.x and x<2 or x>3.
A firm with 40 people, say 2 open-docs each a day, using 2.0.2 for 3
months ... that makes 6400 documents only ;-)
this is why i suggested an easy to use addon for end-users
