You have to start the office with:
soffice.exe -accept... -norestore -invisible -headless
the goal is to have a win32-system with a (automatic) running
openoffice. is it possible to "auto-restart" openoffice after
a crash (but without the recover-crashed-document-dialog!)?
No ... excepting you make it by yourself, using an outside wrapper process.
