I had the Visual C++ versions mixed up.
Thats why I didn't think the TCSH instructions were for VS 2003.
Have you heard of anyone using VS 2005?
Not specifically, though unless some quirks were introduced with 2005,
I'd imagine the difference as far as the build process might be
concerned would just lie in the path to provide for the location of the
compiler in the configure step.
