So, I ask my question from you in another way: if I'm

The problem is the beginning and ending parenthesis
are typed reverse but middle parenthesis are typed
correct.

one possible way is to insert a LRM (Insert - Formatting Mark - Left-to-Right-Mark), type "(x+(z-y))" and finally insert another LRM. This lets the Unicode Bidi Algorithm treat the opening and closing paranthesis as Left-to-Right characters.

Hope this helps,

Frank
