Still seems cleaner to me to globally disable it in the
platform-specific wntmsci11.mk than to "pollute" various .cxx files
with platform-specific minutiae.
My intention was to make the warning not invisible (less or more hidden
in wntmsci11.mk) for future warnings01 fixes. I can also disable all
warnings in wntmsci11.mk.
Now I have lost you. What I wanted to say is: As C4738 seems to be
"noise" generated on the wntmsci11 platform (i.e., I assume that there
is no place in the code where we want to see this warning and work
around it other than by disabling it; I might be wrong with that
assumption, of course), disable it once and for all on that platform in
solenv/inc/wntmsci11.mk, instead of individually per .cxx.
