One of my problems with open office, is the way it is handling graphic
elements.
If I insert a picture in a text-file, I most of the time find that the
picture has disappeared next time I open the document.
This happens also when I insert tables from spreadsheets.
What am I doing wrong?
Could be that you are inserting only a link to the file. In the dialog
box from Insert > Picture > From File... , is the "Link" checkbox
enabled? If so, try disabling it.
I'm no power user of OOo, so other people might help you better than I do.
Moreover, I think this kind of question should be sent to
[email protected] where you can get user-support, whereas dev@ is
meant to be a discussion list for OOo developers.
