[dev] which one once happend to the issue that while click on the menu "help" --> "openOffcie.org help" then the openOffice crash

  every one
  My name is Peng Gao , I am new guy for the openOffice project , now I am
studing the openOffice projcet and do some works related to it .
but now i occured a prolem  that i can't resolved , the following is the
issuse description:

issue operate system  : redflag 2.6.9-5.34DTsmp (the kener of this os is
very similar with the Linux )

issue hardware platform : intel i686

Steps of re-build the issue :
      1  run the openOffice (e.g./opt/openoffice.org2.1/program/soffice.bin )
      2  click the menu "File" --> "Wizards" --> "Letters"
      3  then the program crash

The result of the program crash :
           X-error : BadValue (integer parameter out of range for
operation)
                 Major opcode : 45(X_openFont)
                 Resource ID : 0x2c00625
                  Serial No : 160069(160069)

i hava spended some time on this issue , but now i can not find a best way
to resolve it.
Who can tell me  how  it should be  deal with  or where i can find the code
to resolve it ?
