This was also my experience: cwsresync didn't spot the removal of headers I changed in my CWS but cwsanalyze did. I talked with Heiner Rechtien about it and he couldn't explain it. Meanwhile I got a confirmation for the issue from Rüdiger Timm. So perhaps we should make using cwsanalyze before resync mandatory until the issue will be fixed by Heiner.
