Since the OOo site upgrade cwsresync does not work. There are two
issues. For one of them a fix is available, the other one is still in
evaluation.

Changes in CVS require adaptions in output parsing. This has been fixed
in CvsModule.pm. Please get the newest revision of that file (rev. 1.18
for SRC680 code line, 1.16.256.1 for OOF680) when working on
childworkspaces. You need it for cwsanalyze, cwsresync (once i76897 is
fixed, see below), and possibly other cws tools.

"CVS: cannot move branch tag"
This breakes 'cwsresync -c'. No fix available yet, sorry.
