There is a bug that prevents some documents imported from Word from
having "live" TOC links when converted to PDFs. It started as a
regression during the 2.0 development cycle, and has been reported a few
times but never seems to get much attention. Any suggestions on how to
get some focus on getting this fixed? Some of the bugs that show this

Only the last one is still open, because the others were marked Works
for Me (before I had posted some examples) and closed.
So is there a right way to draw attention to this bug? I'm not a
programmer, so I can't contribute much to the solution (except for some
QA, and examples), but I'd really like to see this addressed.
