That information can't be right. API tests are highly parallelized and should be
able to complete in 30min to one hour. At least it was like that as long as I
lead the team. There may be something wrong with the setup if it takes longer or
the value of 4 hours relates to the available and involved hardware resources.
Second, if you need to find regressions in an area you just worked at, you don't
need to run the whole thing but only parts of the job, which means that you can
figure out in minutes if you have regressions or not.
