A Gallery2 project vould be nice.

etc. I thin there are several issue with the current implementation, but
it is better than nothing.

Draw could be a competitor to Visio if enhanced with a new Gallery.
Would also be nice to have be able to create real "stencils" for
companies like Cisco, 3Com... to offer their hardware stencils for
OOo.
