Hi Juergen,

Interestlingly, it now seems to work. The only difference between Friday and
todays is a laptop reboot (which I guess means new JVMs for Netbeans and
OOo). Is there any debugging/logging I can do when this happens again next
time?

try to remove your old plugin first before you deploy the new plugin
with the changed IDL interface. If this works it seems that we have to
rethink or improve this scenario ...
