As a programmer, there are two main options for you. -Either join the VBA project (http://vba.openoffice.org and http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/VBA) - Help with the localization . OpenOffice.org is localized in many Indic languages (Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Malayalam, and much more). See here: http://projects.openoffice.org/native-lang.html
