due to a failure of the internet connection eis.services.openoffice.org
and tools.services.openoffice.org, where the Environment Information
System (EIS) and e.g. the dashboards are hosted, are currently not
available. A technician is expected to arrive within the next hours and
will hopefully quickly fix this.
