I was too fast ... :(

In fact this works great when adding to a node in the shared
configuration layer
(share/registry/org/openoffice/Office/DataAccess.xcu, in my case). Doing
the very same for a node in the user config layer, or the
user/uno_packages config layer (the latter is what I would need it for),
does not work at all - I can easily delete the node, without any
complaint from the configuration service :(

Is this a bug, or is oor::mandatory expected to work in the shared layer
only?
