Can anyone help me find and install the "flat XML" filter?
The links here:

point to a CVS directory here:
http://xml.openoffice.org/source/browse/api/odk/examples/cpp/GenericXMLFilter/
which is empty.
There is a .jar attached to this issue:

along with a comment from the developer:

that suggests some more official/accessible place would be established
for it.
Did that ever happen? Or is that issue is still the home for it?
And finally, once I grab the .jar, I'm not sure what I need to do to
install it.
