Ok. Now I'm getting this while rebasing kohei02 cws to m38. The funny
thing is, I've successfully rebased several other CWSes to m38 and this
is the first time I've got this problem.
Any known workaround on this? As Caolan already said, running 'svn up'
does not seem to fix it.

I have no idea what exactly is going wrong here. The only good thing is
that 'delzip' files are flag files only. Just empty files. You cannot
really make something wrong when updating them.
