Finally the CWS was integrated into DEV300_m48. As the CWS was based on
m45 when it got integrated, I took care for integrating all changes to
moved files between m45 and 47 and manually applied them to the files in
svx/source/cui before integration of the CWS.

So now please resync to m48 (once it is ready) if you made changes to
one of the files I had listed in the mail I'm now replying to. Then you
can re-apply your changes to the moved files.

If your CWS happens to be nominated already, the release engineer doing
the integration should get a warning message that changes can't be
integrated to a files because it has been moved. In that case manual
action needs to be taken in the same way as I did for the changes
between m45 and m47.
