First, thanks for all the hard work. Judging from the comments on all
the issues, you have gone the extra mile to try to do this right.
Next, there are several related problems; honoring the HC flag is
probably the right way to solve this particular one.
Finally, your comments are quite right, that there will still be
complaints. Probably not everyone will be happy, until we have a line in
Tools > Options that has a little spin box (three boxes?) to define when
IsDark() returns True or False. But that is for the future, if someone
cares enough to write an RFE for it.
