Sorry if i am posting this again as i saw a number of lists. I am using the OOoBean and officebean example program When i set the -Dsun.awt.xembedserver to true, somehow the display in the Officebean no longer works. The resulting Officewindow is shown cut (in a square size) in the OfficeBean container.
Without the property -Dsun.awt.xembedserver, the window shows up properly but there is no caret (keyboard events) I had to set -Dsun.awt.xembedserver and after this there is a drawing issue of the office window where the office window appears as a small square at the left hand top side. I am using Jre 1.6.-14 and the latest and using openoffice 3.1 and the SDK kit there. Thanks, Prabhu
