Unfortunately this is currently not possible. Fortunately OOo 3.1
contains many parts which are necessary to provide dockable windows via
API. Some important parts are still missing and must implemented. Due to
heavy workload related to accessibility and other important issues the
framework team cannot work on this. May be a volunteer could help us here?
