just tried it - testing with the docbook filter - i get a log file:

are you sure, your \user\config\javasettings_Windows_x86.xml looks like:
<param>-DXSLTransformer.statsfile=E:\Temp\xslt_debug.txt</param>

see the leading hyphen >-DXSL...
