[dev] unopkg - question about "shared-extension-desc.xml"

Hi,

i found oo 3.3 creates a new file "\user\Scripts\shared-extension-desc.xml"
when adding a script extension, for example:

unopkg add my-scriptdispatch.oxt --shared --force --verbose --log-file 
c:\temp\unopkg.log

shared-extension-desc.xml:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<unopackages xmlns:unopackages="unopackages.dtd">
    <language value="Java">
        <package 
value="vnd.sun.star.expand:$UNO_SHARED_PACKAGES_CACHE/uno_packages/
                                  
D6F3.tmp_/my-scriptdispatch.oxt/my-scriptdispatch/"/>
    </language>
</unopackages>

In OO 3.2 the file was "C:\Program 
Files\OpenOffice.org\Basis\share\Scripts\unopkg-desc.xml"

Why is the file created in the user directory, the extension was deployed with 
"--shared" option ?
