        Hi,

I suppose
the hang occurs when multiple users uploading a doc

at almost the
same time. We had a similar project some years ago

with OOo
2.4.

We have noticed that the OOo interface is "single
threaded", so

try to make a "job queue" accepting
the upload conversion requests,

and give the conversion commands
one-by-one to the OOo instance.

Ensure that OOo will not get the
next conversion request before the

previous is finished.

I'm
wandering whether my guess is correct, and OOo 3.2 is still

single threaded.

Thanks,

LML
