This explains how chat tools can support a project, and why decisions and project work need to be visible and archived on the lists. We run into one right here. Your mentors and the Incubator can't see progress towards your first release, and activity looks to be decreasing. As you grow the group of contributors and potential committers, it is also worth keeping the Incubator’s expectations around diversity of participation in mind. A healthy podling shows that the project is not tied to a single company or individual, but is building a wider community around the code.
