Hello everyone,

I had to rework all the convenience build and checked all the images for
ASF-incompatibiies.
I found the psycpg incompatibility and the left over of mc (no nore used)
and xpdf that I removed.
I took the opportunity to rework entirely the build system that was relying
on a paid account on docker hub, and now everything builds cleanly on
github actions.
Furthermore, now everyone can easily build their private test image (just
fork and it is all automatic) and everything is dcoumentes.

All the images has been rebuild now have the -snapshot suffix and includes
inside the LICENSE, NOTICE and DISCLAIMER.

I had to fix a few things but apparently now things works

I have updated everything, just run a source build and the test passes. Now
I want to do a test also of the images building openserverless from the
conveniente images (not strictly required but better to have also the
references to the snapshot updated in sources) and we can cast the vote.

I have to fly to London today, so presumibly if nothing else pops out in
the meanwhile, tomorrow I can cast the vote for our first release.
